Midstint Racing is a sim racing team and content brand. This website, midstintracing.com, is operated as a non-commercial project.

2. What data we collect
We do not collect personal data directly. There are no forms, no user accounts, no newsletter signups, and no analytics or tracking pixels on this website.
3. Hosting & CDN (Cloudflare)
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit our site, Cloudflare processes your IP address and may set strictly necessary cookies for security and bot protection purposes:
- __cf_bm — bot management cookie (expires after 30 minutes)
- cf_clearance — set only if a security challenge is triggered
These cookies are classified as strictly necessary under the ePrivacy Directive and do not require consent. Cloudflare processes data under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for EU data transfers.

4. YouTube embeds
We embed YouTube videos using the lite-youtube-embed facade pattern. No connection to YouTube is made until you actively click the play button. When you click play, YouTube (Google) may set cookies and process your IP address.

5. Discord
Our website contains links to our Discord server. Clicking these links takes you to discord.com, which is a third-party service with its own privacy policy. We do not process any data related to your Discord usage.
6. Country flag images
Flag images are loaded from flagcdn.com, a public CDN. This service may receive your IP address when loading flag images.
7. Fonts
All fonts (Inter, Bebas Neue) are self-hosted on our server. No requests are made to Google Fonts or any external font service. Your IP address is not shared with any font provider.
